The Westmoreland Fair is looking for commercial vendors and vendors specializing in crafts and other unique items. All new vendors and items they are selling are subject to the approval from the concessions committee. Please keep in mind that we are a family oriented venue, therefore, we do NOT allow the sale of guns, ammo, knives, drug related items, any and all items that contain suggestive pictures, language and profanity.
**We are currently NOT accepting applications for food vendors as we have already filled those slots. We currently have a freeze on all new food vendors, we will gladly put your name and contact information on our waiting list and when the freeze is lifted we will call you when the freeze is lifted. Also, we do NOT accept applications from psychics, tarot cards or other psychic related vendors – NO EXCEPTIONS.**

If interested, please print off all vendor forms below. Fill out the vendor application and Vendor Deadline Requirements be sure to include all business information including ALL items that you plan to sale or distribute during the fair.
Mail the agreement and a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to the Westmoreland Fair at PO BOX 501 Pleasant Unity PA 15676. After your agreement is reviewed by the concession committee you will receive a two copies of a vendor rental agreement signed by a member of the fair staff. You MUST sign and return the correct copy to the fair office by the deadline date to secure a location. The remaining balance on the agreement MUST BE paid in full and a copy of your business’s general liability insurance certificate MUST BE mailed to the office NO LATER THAN AUGUST 1st.
